MONEY COACHING
MONEY COACHING
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to money. Whether you’re learning to budget, getting out of debt, growing your wealth, or planning for retirement, it’s about finding what works for you. Money coaching gives you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take control of your finances and make decisions that align with your life, your goals, and your values.
FAQs
-
Coaching is about getting your financial foundations sorted—like managing your day-to-day money. It’s also about education. Maybe you’re DIY-ing your finances and want to “stress test” your approach, or you’re unsure where to start. Coaching helps you figure out what to do, when to do it, and how to move forward confidently. But—it’s not financial advice. Coaching doesn’t involve recommending specific products or services (like insurance, shares, or funds). Instead, it’s about empowering you to make informed decisions or figure out if you need financial advice—and how to get it.
-
Understanding their current financial situation. Defining and setting clear financial goals. Managing cashflow and finding ways to save more efficiently. Tackling debt and building savings. Exploring options for debt repayment, savings, investing, and more.
-
Debt: credit cards, personal loans, or home loans. Savings strategies. Superannuation. Investing in shares. Buying your first home. Investing in property. Retirement planning. Rebuilding finances after divorce/separation.

Before the session: You’ll fill out a quick form about your goals and any relevant details. During the session: It’s a casual conversation with brainstorming and practical ideas to refine or improve what you’re doing. After the session: You’ll get a follow-up email with: A personalised action plan (your to-do list). Tools and resources like templates, free education, podcasts, videos, or book recommendations. Suggestions on other professionals you might need (like financial advisers, lawyers, or mortgage brokers).
-
Coaching is education-based and tailored to your circumstances, so it works for anyone, regardless of your age or stage in life. Whether you’re starting out, rebuilding, or refining, coaching helps you feel confident and in control. What if there’s nothing to improve? That would be amazing—but unlikely! Even if you’re completely on top of things, imagine how much peace of mind you’ll have knowing you’ve stress tested your approach.
-
Before: Just a few quick questions to complete. After: Your action plan will break things down into manageable steps, so you’ll feel confident and capable to move forward.
-
Maybe now, maybe later. Coaching doesn’t replace financial advice—it complements it. Coaching focuses on foundational strategies, cashflow, and goals, while financial advice dives into specific products and detailed strategies. If we identify you need advice, I’ll help you explore cost-effective options and find the right adviser for you.

I found the whole experience very informative. The pre-meeting form was very detailed so when we sat down for our meeting, I felt she had a real grasp on what I wanted to achieve and I didn't waste time catching her up. She also cared and understood. She was prepared and knew exactly where to take the meeting so it didn't lag in any way. I felt heard and when I walked away from the meeting I felt that I had a clear direction to take.
